Reestablished in 2016 by Michalis Chavales, Mill.o.petres preserves Crete’s rich cultural heritage while combining tradition with innovation in olive oil production.

At Mill.o.petres, we are dedicated to maintaining the traditional method of pressing olives using millstones, a timeless technique that enhances the quality and health benefits of olive oil. Our state-of-the-art facility, alongside the traditional process, produces olive oil rich in phenols and antioxidants, contributing to longevity and the Mediterranean diet’s renowned health benefits.

Immerse yourself in the world of olive oil through our interactive Olive Tour & Tasting experience. This 1.5-hour tour takes you through our traditional olive mill and olive groves, offering insights into the history and production of olive oil.
