Stifado
1. In a large pot, brown beef or rabbit in olive oil over medium heat
2. Add in chopped onions, garlic, and tomato paste, and cook for a few minutes more.
3. Pour in red wine and enough water to cover the meat. Add in bay leaves, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is cooked through
5. Serve over boiled potatoes or rice, and garnish with fresh parsley
